Celebrating 50 Years: Felicitating Adoor Gopalakrishnan

Renowned Malayalam film maker Adoor Gopalakrishnan was felicitated for his fulfilling 50 years in cinema. The function was arranged by Kerala Chalachithra Academy at Nila theatre. 

Eminent director Shyam Benegal was the chief guest of the function, who handed over Adoor the memento. A book on Adoor and his cinema written by Parthajith Barua and published by Harper and Collins was released in the function. Kerala Chalachitra Academy Chairman Kamal, director Saeed Mirza, producer B B Matthew and actors Madhu , K. P. A. C. Lalitha and Ashokan delivered memorable speeches. Vice chairperson of Chalachitra Academy Bina Paul delivered vote of thanks.
