DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT One of the mysteries of creating a work of fiction is perhaps not knowing how stories gathered from one’s own life seep into it. Most of us face some form of truth which is difficult to face. One understands at some point of living that facing and accepting and forgiving oneself of one’s own human foibles frees one to move forward. But the interesting thing is whether we can find the courage to do so.
