Martín decides to escape from Ushuaia, the southernmost city on earth. He gets on his bicycle and leaves in search of his father, who’s somewhere in Latin American. An interior journey and a path leading to the heart of the continent, discovering “the Journeys” of History: ancient people, spanish conquerors and the present time, where corruption and new genocides are combined. A travel diary, a latin-american collage in comic strips, its about a journey of discovery in which the epic, the barroque, the grotesque and the fantastic are interfused. It’s also a message to the american continent in the celebration of the centenary of its discovery.
