Jivan Avetisyan is an acclaimed Armenian film director. He is known for his feature films "Tevanik" (2014), "The Last Inhabitant" (2016), and "Gate to Heaven" (2019), which have garnered international recognition and awards2. His films often explore themes related to the Armenian experience and the conflicts in the Caucasus region. In addition to his feature films, Avetisyan has directed over ten documentaries and short films.
