Director’s Biography Ravi Shankar Kaushik is a Mumbai-based filmmaker and engineer, whose passion for cinema runs parallel to a full-time career in technology. At 38, driven by self-taught understanding of the craft, He made his directorial debut feature using his savings and support from friends. Ravi aims to carve a niche with films that can engage the audience while subtly questioning the world around us. Films that are embellished with genre elements yet are layered with social critique and carry an emotional heart. Synopsis
In the flourishing yet caste-laden farmlands of Haryana, India, a mute migrant farmworker is forced to embark on a harrowing journey for survival when his 10-year-old son is accused of a murder.
