Majid Barzegar, born in Hamedan in 1973, is an Iranian director, producer, and founder of Rainy Pictures. His independent films focus on social isolation and psychological realism. His works include Rainy Seasons (2010), Parviz (2012), A Very Ordinary Citizen (2015), and The Rain Falls Where It Will (2020), all screened at major festivals like Berlinale and Rotterdam.
